What is power training?

As a cyclist you want to measure your current performance, apply the best in training approaches and technology and maximise your performance and results on the bike. You also want to do this without the risk of getting injured. Now this is possible!

How does it work?

As the name suggests, power training is aimed at increasing power, which is the product of both strength and speed. Optimal power reflects how quickly you can exert force to produce the desired movement. Classes are held in a group environment, but are individually tailored to fit your abilities and experience level.

Revolution Fit Cycling is conveniently located in the “In Shere” centre near Silver Lakes in Pretoria East (Click for map).
Classes start from only R60.00 per session (off-peak) and we also offer monthly packages to suit your training needs.
